- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns and ensure smooth service delivery
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest proactive solutions
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and procedures
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term relationships
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
