General Description
The Manufacturing Process Data Collection Administrator is an hourly, position reporting to the Information Technology & Systems Manager. The Manufacturing Process Data Collection Administrator is responsible for the implementation and administration of the configuration control process. The Manufacturing Process Data Collection Administrator will collect, analyze and review all labor and material information pertaining to the manufacture of each product. The Manufacturing Process Data Collection Administrator must have the ability to identify inconsistencies between the physical manufacture of product and the manufacturing documentation pertaining to the manufacture of product and work with all applicable parties to resolve inconsistencies in an impartial manner so that a common manufacture process is documented and followed. This individual will be responsible for the input of the product manufacture information into the designated software configuration management system; therefore, proficient computer skills are required. The position requires strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail. The Manufacturing Process Data Collection Administrator interacts with people in all levels of the organization; therefore, good communication skills are also required.

Primary Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain company software manufacturing configuration.
- Ensure the complete collection and implementation of company materials that do not currently exist, or have been updated, into the designated software system
- Entry of defined material requirements into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- High School Diploma or GED and 3 years' experience with assembly manufacturing processes or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
- Proficient computer skills
- Good communication and mediation skills
- Implement and maintain company software manufacturing configuration
- Coordinate the collection of all technical manufacturing documentation and data from each department pertaining to the manufacture of parts
- Drawings
- RPS (REDAR Processing System)
- RQC (REDAR Quality Control)
- Coordinate the collection of all supplemental information from manufacturing personnel pertaining to the manufacture of parts
- Set up and cycle times
- Physical location of manufacture/processing of item
- Recognize and call out any inconsistencies in documentation vs. physical labor process and materials used
- Recognize and call out any inconsistencies in customer parts vs. manufacturing configuration
- Coordinate meetings between personnel to resolve and update the system to reflect the correct manufacturing process
- Facilitate the process for determining the correct manufacturing software configuration for product from the information collected
- Determine material requirements
- Collaborate with Production to Determine optimal size lots for processes/work orders
- Data entry of manufacturing configuration data into the designated software system
- Responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the software system
- Conduct on-going configuration review and audits
- Troubleshoot data entry/output issues
- Ensure the complete collection and implementation of company materials that do not currently exist, or have been updated, into the designated software system
- Coordinate the collection of all current supplemental information pertaining to the acquisition of purchased materials
- Gather related historical documents for supplemental information pertaining the acquisition of purchased materials
- Consolidate all supplemental information
- Data entry of the consolidated information pertaining to the acquisition of purchased materials into the manufacturing software system
- Entry of defined material requirements into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Data entry of material requirements, per program manager or production manager, into ERP system
