A Creative Asset Manager supports the creative development process by managing brand, campaign and partner assets. These experts of asset/media management – source assets, production media, completed projects, etc. and ensure handoff is thorough, complete, and correct, organize and store within a centralized system (DAM/server), and, ultimately, share with all marketing channels.
As a member of the Content Asset Management team (CAM), you believe rock-solid process, rigor and ground breaking tools/technology are critical to making creative operations workflows more streamlined and time- and cost-efficient; you must operate according to, evangelize and constantly improve this CAM way of working.
You must balance left brain logic and analysis, with right brain creativity and intuition. While CAM is not responsible for creating content, we are a critical partner for creative teams. You’ll be expected to actively, and sometimes proactively, engage with and support teams through all phases of creative development – from kickoff to project wrap. Because creative deliverables are deadline driven, CAM must ensure teams have assets when they need them and all asset-related processes and checkpoints are addressed per the overall workback schedule.
In addition to working with colleagues in T-Studios, you will build relationships across the T-Mobile enterprise, as well as with the external agencies and partners that support key marketing objectives and video/photo productions. This role engages with people of varied titles/roles and teams that focus on different creative outputs – from those that create television commercials to teams that are responsible for internal employee communications – so anticipate variety in what you work on day-to-day.
Job Responsibilities:
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage assets, production media and/or completed media using a centralized system (DAM/server)
- Provide asset support to T-Studios creative projects + LOB campaigns – from kickoff to wrap-up
- Leverage tools and technologies to make creative operations processes more efficient. Introduce new tools and technologies to stay current with industry trends.
- Communications, coordination and end-user support
- Responsible for additional duties/projects assigned by business management when needed.
- Bachelor's degree required in Digital Asset Management (DAM), Information Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Film/Video Production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and organizing large asset libraries within a DAM-connected ecosystem, including fulfilling asset requests in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience developing and implementing asset/media management or creative operations processes and policies, with a focus on compliance, workflow efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with the creative development process, production operations, and client services, including awareness of asset-related milestones and the impact of licensing, clearances, and usage rights.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required, including basic photo, video, and design tools for assessing asset quality and performing day-to-day tasks.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets, Asset Share Commons, and Acquia/Widen is a plus.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in managing high volumes of assets across multiple projects, with the ability to identify process improvements and help build efficient workflows.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to support others and share responsibility for both successes and challenges.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. Able to ask the right questions, clarify requests, and work independently with minimal guidance.
- At least 18 years of age
