Job Title: Sales Director

Kenmar Shirts is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts through CRM management, social media marketing, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to acquire new accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set goals, track progress, and provide coaching and training as needed
  • Utilize Pipedrive CRM to automate sales processes, track KPIs, and analyze sales performance
  • Conduct regular meetings with sales reps to ensure they're meeting targets and provide support where needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies
  • Hire, train, and manage new sales representatives to expand our sales team


Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of success
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM management, and social media marketing
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM or similar software
