Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily operations on assigned job sites with a strong focus on safety, production, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Deliver projects on or before schedule and maintain full client satisfaction.
- Strategically allocate resources and manage labor, equipment, and materials.
- Supervise subcontractors and in-house teams to drive efficiency and accountability.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, schedules, and logs.
- Communicate regularly with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays or budget overruns.
- Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience (10+ preferred).
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to project sites in Eastern Oklahoma.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
- Proven ability to lead independently and work collaboratively with teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, ProCore, and Bluebeam.
- Experience managing assets and delegating tasks effectively.
- Competitive Pay: $80,000-$150,000/year
