We're Hiring: Admin/Event Services!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin/Event Services professional to coordinate administrative tasks and manage event planning activities. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, have strong organizational skills, and be passionate about creating memorable experiences while maintaining efficient office operations.

What You'll Do
Following are the job tasks we would like to assign for Event Services:
Looking for a quick learner with a service minded approach to doing business in a fast-paced team environment. Attention to detail and managing and prioritizing projects will be important skillsets for this individual.
Specific Tasks a Temp Would Assist Our Team
Creating registration badges (should be proficient in Microsoft Office), name badges and printed agendas for conferences
Approving meeting space requests on O365
Collating and creating specific folders for events
Minor website updates (Drupal experience will be great but we can train them)
Document editing
Weekly calendar editing
Meeting post conference audits with team
Create new menus in PowerPoint each week as given by Momo’s
Do weekly dinner menu for the Weekly Briefs
Be on ground during catering set ups to ensure food orders go out on a timely manner with Alaina and Anita assisting.
Creating invoices from BEO’s, cover sheets and invoicing ( trained by Josh and reviewed by Anita and Alaina)
Call/Page Wayne Williams in the instance of a non-emergency or equipment issues in the café
Doing work orders for events.
Checking meeting rooms daily, putting work orders in as needed for cleaning or facilities
Changing batteries in the microphones and clickers
Assisting internal clients with needs
Assisting with registration desk for conferences in-house
Run PowerPoint presentations for virtual conferences
Get quotes for busing, venues, party rentals, etc.
Work with getting outside catering if necessary
Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Excel, Drupal, and Adobe experience would be a plus.
