Arisa Health is seeking a Network Technician at our Springhill Clinic in North Little Rock.

Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.

This position is classified as full- time, non- exempt (hourly) and reports to the Sr. Director of Communications and Information Systems.

Work hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What you will do as a Network Technician at Arisa Health:

  • Installs, configures and maintains organization’s PCs, printers, scanners, communication equipment(phones), and application software.
  • Provide support and training for users.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous Network Technician experience preferred
