Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, plumbing fixtures, and water heaters
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly and effectively
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to scheduled service requests
• Handle emergency plumbing calls during assigned on-call rotations
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
• Communicate clearly with tenants, office staff, and field team members
• Operate with a professional demeanor and uphold company standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Plumbing License required
• 5 years of field experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of water supply, drainage, and piping systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Reliable work truck and full set of professional plumbing tools
• Ability to work independently and stay organized under pressure
• Safety-minded and familiar with compliance protocols
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High level of accountability and professionalism

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-Call Rotation: Required every 6-12 weeks for evenings/weekends
• Overtime may be required based on emergency response needs
