We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager with Coding Certification with 3 or more years experience to oversee our billing operations and ensure our clients' timely and accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability multitask and manage a team.
The Billing Manager will create and maintain billing policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop strategies to improve billing efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee the entire billing process, from invoice creation to payment collection.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and billing statements.
Monitor and reconcile billing accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Manage billing software and systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Revenue Cycle Management:
Work with accounts receivable and collections departments to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance.
Customer Relations:
Address customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain open communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure that billing practices comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate billing records and reports.
Stay up-to-date on changes in billing regulations and best practices.

- Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead and supervise billing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Motivate and support the team to achieve billing goals.

Requirements
- CPC or CCS active license (required) with 3-5 + years of experience-a plus
- Podiatry experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Billing Manager
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Multitask
- Familiarity with EMR systems ( Eclinical Works preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to billing and collections
