We’re expanding our full-time mobile infusion team in South Dallas County, with a focus on facilities in the Lancaster and DeSoto corridor. You’ll play a key role delivering care directly to patients in long-term care and rehab centers.
Key Details:
- Full-Time (5 Days/Week) – Monday through Friday
- Service Area includes:
- Lancaster Nursing & Rehab
- Desoto Nursing & Rehab
- Five Points Nursing & Rehab of DeSoto
- $40–$50/hour + mileage reimbursement
- Coordinated scheduling to maximize route efficiency
- Active Texas RN license
- Strong PIV insertion skills
- Comfortable working independently with mobile tools and workflows
- Experience in ER/ICU/Infusion/Home Health is ideal
