Description

As an Inside Sales Administrator at DeliverIt Pharmacy Infusion & Specialty, you will play a critical role in driving sales and building relationships with healthcare providers. You’ll be responsible for outbound calls promoting our infusion and specialty pharmacy services, educating clients about our products, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for both providers and patients.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and timely follow-up.

Collaborate with Field Sales to transfer qualified leads and align on account strategies.

Develop expertise in specialty medications to effectively communicate benefits.

Support healthcare providers, patients, and internal pharmacy teams.

Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and outcomes.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.

Contribute to marketing strategies and attend weekly team meetings.

What We’re Looking For

Associate degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).

Proven inside sales experience, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presence.

Ability to convey complex medical information clearly.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Trella Health, and Microsoft Office preferred

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable making 20–30 calls per day.

Provide administrative support to the sales department.

Prepare marketing materials & maintain inventory of promotional items.

Goal-driven with a track record of contributing to successful sales campaigns.

Passion for helping patients and delivering outstanding service.

Spanish language skills strongly encouraged.
