Revolutionary remote driving tech- We built the world's first commercial remote driving product.
Breaking boundaries across continents- First to roll out vehicles in both Europe and the USA on public roads without a human being inside & one of only two companies in the States operating a commercial driverless service.
Vegas fleet on the rise- Our vehicle fleet is scaling fast, from 20 to 100 cars in Las Vegas. We're just getting started!

This is your opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting and innovative autonomous driving projects in the world—right from the ground floor. Based out of our Las Vegas office (in-person, not remote), you'll help launch and shape the future of remote vehicle operation while working with a passionate and forward-thinking team. Plus, with a starting rate of $18/hr and potential to earn up to $25/hr, it's a rewarding role in more ways than one.

Based out of our Las Vegas office (in-person, not remote), you'll help launch and shape the future of remote vehicle operation while working with a passionate and forward-thinking team. Plus, with a starting rate of $18/hr and potential to earn up to $25/hr, it's a rewarding role in more ways than one.
What you'll be driving:
- Remotely operate vehicles from a driving station to customers or within the local service area
- Act as a safety or teledriver for vehicle testing, following set protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service in interactions with Vay users
- Support engineering teams with data collection, feedback, and test reports
- Pitch in with fleet and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and great user experiences
- A safe and responsible driver with a clean US license and at least 2 years of professional driving experience (Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc.)
- Comfortable working afternoon and evening shifts (2pm–11pm, 5 days per week, in-office in Las Vegas)
- Able to pass a drug test, including THC
- Tech-savvy—ideally with gaming experience or high comfort with digital interfaces
- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure with a troubleshooting mindset
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Passionate about the future of autonomous vehicles and urban mobility
