Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

Min = $24.88

Mid = $31.10

Max = $37.32

Summary

As a Revenue Cycle Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes within our organization. You will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance revenue cycle performance.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis of the revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance revenue cycle performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, billing, coding, and compliance, to ensure accurate and timely revenue cycle operations.

Develop and maintain Revenue Cycle Performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

Analyze data and trends to identify revenue cycle bottlenecks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide recommendations and implement solutions to optimize revenue cycle processes, reduce denials, and improve cash flow.

Stay up to date with industry regulations, coding guidelines, and payer policies to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement.

Participate in revenue cycle audits and assist with the resolution of identified issues.

Education

Essential:

  • HS DIPLOMA/GED

Other Information

Minimum Required

High School /GED equivalency

Minimum 5+ years in revenue cycle experience

Experience

Proven experience as a Revenue Cycle Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends in excel and Epic is a plus.
