We are searching for an ambitious professional to join our team as an independent contributor. As Project Analyst, you will be joining a high-performance team. The Project Analyst is a vital team member supporting Contracts Managers in the Industry Relations Department to secure and maintain Rebate Agreements negotiated with pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide project management / reporting / administrative support to the team responsible for managing contracts with pharmaceutical companies and distributors in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls
- Generate weekly / monthly reports on contracts and revising as necessary
- Establishing and maintaining solid business relationships internal stakeholders that are engaging with US based pharmaceutical companies
- Tracking status of contracts, initializing and executing confidentiality agreements
- Establishing / maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries and audits, including producing copies of Rebate Agreements
- Supporting special projects and initiatives
- Participating in additional projects as team resources require
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Reporting, and/or Administrative support role
- Experience communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Experience in a role utilizing organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience understanding business needs and prioritizing work accordingly
- Experience managing project timelines and/or working in a deadline driven environment with a sense of urgency
- US Healthcare / Pharmacy Benefit Management experience
- Contracting experience
- Healthcare/ Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical industry knowledge
- Familiarity with AdobeSign e-signature and/or Salesforce
