ROLE AND PURPOSE: The Campus Testing Facilitator will coordinate all aspects of state and locally-determined testing, including training and administration.

Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited institution
- Valid Texas Teacher Certification preferred
- Three years teaching experience
- Successful experience in a testing environment
I. INSTRUCTIONAL MANAGEMENT
- Provide campus wide leadership in state and locally-determined testing
- Plan for and conduct training sessions for test administrators, monitors, principals, and technology staff
- Work with staff to analyze campus testing data through multiple forms of media, including visual aids and technology tools.
- Positive interpersonal and communication skills
- Perform campus improvement duties as designated by campus principal.
- Adhere to all state and district guidelines related to testing
- Prepare and complete paper & online test administrations, including the management of scorable and non scorable test materials
- Facilitate paper and online testing to ensure proper administration
- Maintain test materials and required documentation
- Prepare and administer summer testing
- Support campus personnel in proper identification of students based on data collected from testing results after all major testing functions are completed.
- Prepare and deliver testing results to staff and community.
- Gain strong working knowledge of the Texas Assessment Management System & local data management system
- Prepare for and attend campus coordinator training
- Oversee and manage all state and locally-determined testing on the campus.
- Ensure campus compliance with testing regulations.
- Demonstrated efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Strong organizational and work prioritization skills
- Ability to work with and analyze data within the district management systems
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Occasional prolonged and irregular hours, which may include differentiated daily schedules

- Environment: Work inside and outside (exposure to sun, heat, cold, and inclement weather); exposure to noise
- Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress, with frequent interruptions.
