Job Summary

We are seeking a Global Head of Information Technology (IT) to lead and elevate our IT function across four international offices: Las Vegas (HQ), Brisbane, Gurugram, and Macau. This role is focused on execution, service delivery, and security rather than long-term strategy at a CIO level.

The Global Head of IT will ensure that IT is an invisible but essential enabler: employees experience seamless technology, secure systems, and responsive support that allows them to focus on their work without friction. This role will prioritize security for international offices and mobile employees, build a customer-centric IT culture, and ensure strong oversight of vendors, compliance, and documentation.

The position is based in Las Vegas and will report to the Chief Strategy Officer or VP of Finance, while collaborating closely with the executive team.

Duties/Responsibilities

IT Service Delivery & Customer Experience

  • Build IT as a customer-focused service organization with measurable SLAs and user satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure global help desk operations are proactive, responsive, and invisible to end users whenever possible.
  • Implement monitoring and self-service solutions to minimize employee disruption.

Global Security & Mobile Workforce

  • Implement and maintain endpoint security, mobile device management (MDM), and secure global connectivity for traveling staff.
  • Enforce zero-trust frameworks, multi-factor authentication, and regional data protection compliance (GDPR, PDPA, etc.).
  • Partner with external cybersecurity vendors and internal leadership for advanced protection programs.

Vendor & Third-Party Management

  • Manage all IT vendors, contracts, licenses, and service providers globally.
  • Negotiate agreements, enforce SLAs, and conduct regular vendor performance reviews.
  • Establish onboarding/offboarding and compliance processes for third-party providers.

Infrastructure & Systems Reliability

  • Maintain resilient systems for connectivity, collaboration, and critical business applications.
  • Oversee global upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management for hardware and software.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Documentation, Processes & Compliance

  • Create and maintain IT playbooks, SOPs, and internal user guides for consistent service delivery.
  • Develop compliance programs aligned to international standards (ISO27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR).
  • Ensure IT systems, processes, and policies are audit-ready and consistently followed.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor global IT teams including site leads in Brisbane and Macau and the India-based IT manager and staff.
  • Establish accountability and performance expectations while empowering local managers for daily execution.
  • Build a global IT culture centered on customer service, transparency, and security-first practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership across global, distributed teams
  • Proven track record in delivering secure, customer-centric IT services
  • Expertise in mobile device management, endpoint security, and identity platforms
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing documentation, compliance frameworks, and audit programs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, networking, and help desk management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Experience in gaming, technology, or regulated industries a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk or computer station.
  • Occasional lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds, such as equipment, or office supplies, with or without assistance.
