Program Director - Youth Residential
Copa Health
Date: 16 hours ago
City: Mesa, AZ
Contract type: Full time

Description
Copa Health’s Voyager Center: Where Housing is Healthcare is a 24-bed, 24/7 transitional youth residential program in Mesa, Arizona. The Center serves as a crucial bridge for adolescents navigating life transitions while facing behavioral or emotional challenges. Through trauma-informed and strengths-based care, youth develop life skills, coping strategies, and resilience to successfully transition into adulthood.
We are seeking a Program Director to lead this mission-driven program. The Director will oversee daily operations, supervise a multidisciplinary care team (therapists, nurses, counselors, behavior technicians, and direct support staff), ensure regulatory compliance, and foster partnerships with families and community stakeholders. The Voyager Center’s integrated model combines therapeutic interventions, medical care, fitness, academic support, and creative expression — including an onsite art studio and sensory spaces — to promote whole-person healing.
Key Responsibilities
At Copa, you’ll lead a program that fills a critical gap in youth behavioral health care in the Valley, enabling youth to remain close to families and support systems. You’ll be part of a compassionate nonprofit organization that values People First, Accountability, Innovation, Compassion, Integrity, and Perseverance — and you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people.
