Description

Job Summary

Suite Life Health & Wellness LLC is a rapidly growing, early-stage business responsible for the management of a network of Ambulatory Infusion Centers that specialize in treating patients with autoimmune and other chronic diseases. The Account Executive is responsible for developing and executing a sales plan which results in generating patient referrals from physicians and other healthcare providers. The Account Executive works closely with senior management to develop sales and marketing strategies and goals to support the organization's mission and objectives.

Territory: Middlesex, Norfolk, and Worcester County, MA

Responsibilities Of The Position

  • Business Development: Educate physicians and their staff on the benefits of utilizing Suite Life’s Ambulatory Infusion Center by generating patient referrals from physician practices, including Rheumatologists, Gastroenterologists, Endocrinologists, Neurologists, Immunologists, Cardiologists, Pulmonologists, and other specialties that treat autoimmune and other chronic diseases—foster relationships with manufacturers.
  • Community Relations: Develop relationships with patient support groups and organizations to promote our services.
  • Meetings: Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions as needed.
  • Team Player: Ability to build strong relationships with Suite Life team members and help the company achieve its goals.
  • Planning: Develop with management a weekly/monthly/quarterly plan for the territory. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of all contacts in the Suite Life CRM. Measure sales results against the goal.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Associate or Clinical degree preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key referring specialists and their staffs.
  • Experience in medical sales, preferably physician office sales.
