The Impact You'll Make

  • Lead the formulation and execution of HR technology strategies, ensuring alignment with the Company's overarching business goals. Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps that enhance HR operations and leverage technological advancements to streamline processes.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation and integration of HR technology systems, such as HRIS, applicant tracking systems, compensation, and performance management platforms. Ensure these systems are seamlessly integrated with the existing Information Technology (IT) infrastructure to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Design and implement advanced data analytics frameworks to extract meaningful insights from HR metrics. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions, optimize workforce performance, and drive organizational growth.
  • Lead initiatives to automate and enhance HR processes, minimizing manual tasks and improving operational efficiency. Implement technological solutions that ensure high data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of emerging HR technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial. Ensure the company remains at the forefront of HR technology advancements by staying informed on the latest trends and innovations in the industry.
  • Oversee relationships with technology vendors and external service providers to ensure optimal service delivery. Manage contracts, service level agreements, and performance assessments to ensure alignment with business requirements and maximize value.
  • Develop and implement data management policies that ensure compliance with data protection laws. Lead initiatives to enhance cybersecurity measures that protect employee data and maintain system integrity.
  • Oversee change management processes for new technology implementations, ensuring that the HR team and end-users receive comprehensive training. Facilitate a smooth transition to new systems to maximize their effectiveness and user adoption.
  • Work closely with IT, legal, and other departments to ensure that HR technology initiatives support and enhance the organization's broader technology strategy and operational infrastructure.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and enhancing HR technology solutions to meet evolving business needs. Encourage innovative approaches to leveraging technology in HR operations.

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Human Resources, Labor Relations or similar field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 10 years of experience in HR technology and systems implementation, including a proven track record of managing large-scale HRIS deployments and integrations across various platforms.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 10 years of experience in HR processes, system architecture, and data management methodologies
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP, strong skills in data analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI, experience with cloud-based solutions, and knowledge of cybersecurity principles. Additionally, familiarity with project management software and optional programming skills in languages like Python or SQL are beneficial.

  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Work requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of organization-wide policies and systems, including all aspects of human resources management, policies and procedures, and the ability to effectively interpret, apply and communicate such information appropriately. Work requires the ability to manage multiple functions and projects and demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of staff and external business contacts

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual salary of $172,500 - $230,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
