The Role And What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Development, the Product Manager will act as our key overseer for the WWE soft goods program with external WWE partners and Fanatics. You will be responsible for supporting product ideation and development with the consumer products team while working across a multitude of WWE departments. You should be passionate about the soft good business, culturally relevant brands that resonate with the WWE universe while bringing innovation and creativity to the merchandising programs to support our team.

- Oversee day-to-day inventory management for talent merchandise
- Maintain a calendar of annual events and creative deliverables needed
- Coordinate with external WWE partners to keep production schedules up to date to ensure optimal efficiency and speed to market
- Support WWE Product Development team across various projects
- Process Purchase Orders, Invoices, and other administrative duties
- Support the wider PD team on key PLEs when necessary.
- Manage creative request forms while cohesively working alongside project managers for WWE’s in house creative services team
- Handle and fulfill internal custom merchandise requests across multiple departments
- Stay up to date with all WWE programming, storylines, etc.
- 5 + project management in a consumer products industry.
- Plus is having experience working directly with suppliers in soft goods
- Strong project management, planning and multi-tasking skills.
- Organized, self-motivate, with a proactive approach to managing and executing projects.
- Ability to pivot and be flexible under high pressure situations
