We are seeking a driven, energetic, and resilient Appointment Setter to join our call center team. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear, turning inbound inquiries and outbound calls into scheduled estimates for our sales consultants. This role requires persistence, professionalism, and the ability to think on your feet when handling objections.Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to homeowners who inquired online or by phone

  • Handle objections with confidence while keeping the conversation professional and friendly

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for home improvement estimates

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly dial, conversion, and appointment-setting KPIs

  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to maximize results

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication skills (clear, confident, persuasive)

  • A resilient mindset—able to handle rejection and keep dialing with energy

  • Experience in call centers, sales, or appointment setting preferred (not required)

  • Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural and conversational

  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
