Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of commercial construction projects including strip centers, offices, warehouses, restaurants, and gas stations.
- Lead ground-up builds, site development, and interior tenant improvement projects.
- Maintain and update project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate permitting, inspections, and ensure code compliance with AHJs.
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and Inspire field personnel.
- Enforce all jobsite safety measures and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Conduct and document regular site meetings and progress updates.
- Assist in reviewing and negotiating change orders and subcontracts.
- Mentor and support field team members to promote performance and development.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure schedule accountability.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to coordinate complex field operations.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, permitting, and safety.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and technical documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience using construction management software preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or continuing education a plus.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
