Service BDC Consultant

Empire Automotive Group – Hyundai New Rochelle

A strong first impression is just as vital in the service department as it is in sales, and our Business Development Consultant (BDC) plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer interactions. Based in New Rochelle NY, you will be the first friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service and maintenance solutions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to verify, process, and efficiently distribute service appointment requests across our dealership network. This role offers competitive compensation with room for career growth within our expanding team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and efficiently schedule follow-up service appointments.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries via email, phone, and text, ensuring timely communication.
  • Provide expert product and service knowledge, directing customers to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when assisting customers with vehicle service needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other BDC representatives in a team-oriented environment built on mutual respect.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and process development initiatives, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and dealership management.
  • Utilize CRM systems daily, accurately tracking and recording all necessary customer interactions to support efficient service operations.
