Exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to support daily operations at our Jonesboro, AR manufacturing facility. This role will assist in managing HR programs and initiatives, talent acquisition, learning and development initiatives, and policies and procedure administration for the site. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to help promote a positive culture!
This role reports to an off-site Human Resources Manager with dotted line responsibility to the Plant Manager.

The Build (Responsibilities)
- Employee Relations – Responsible for ensuring positive employee relations through engagement activities such as recognition programs, events, roundtables, stay/exit interviews, and investigations.
- HR Operations – Manages timecard and attendance review processes and administers all employee related updates in HRIS systems; assists with other HR programs as necessary.
- Talent Acquisition – Leads full-cycle recruiting process for all hourly manufacturing employees, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Onboarding and Orientation – Creates and manages programs to ensure a positive onboarding and orientation process for all hourly new hires.
- Business Partner – Partners with manufacturing leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and projects.
- Continuous Improvement – Regularly analyzes HR and other data to provide actionable insights to business leaders; recommends improvements within HR and business processes.
- Compliance - Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws; regularly maintains and audits personnel files and postings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist capacity
- Effectively able to coach, communicate, and influence leaders and associates at all levels
- High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- ADP e-Time or Success Factors experience preferred
