The Role at a Glance
The Administrative Associate II makes a difference by providing direct support to the ITSI Customer Care Center program. The Administrative Associate II will utilize their administrative and organizational skills in composing correspondence, reports, publications, and presentations, including editing and proofreading. In addition, this position maintains instructor records and assignments. The Administrative Associate II will also have direct customer contact to help monitor their satisfaction and resolve customer complaints and problems.
This position will report directly to the Administrative Coordinator I.

Qualifications Of The Role
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two years of related experience.
- Must have a valid motor vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
