Are you passionate about making people feel truly welcomed, valued, and at home? We are looking for a Director of Guest Services to help us create a warm, organized, and seamless experience for every guest who joins us - whether online or in person.

As the Director of Guest Services, you will lead a dynamic team of greeters, hosts, and hospitality volunteers, ensuring that every person who connects with us feels seen, loved, and eager to return!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the Guest Services team (greeters, chat hosts, hospitality, parking, etc.).
  • Train, schedule, and encourage volunteer teams.
  • Develop and refine guest follow-up processes.
  • Create a welcoming environment both online and onsite.
  • Manage connection cards, prayer requests, and next step follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve our hospitality approach.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and people skills.
  • Warm, friendly, and passionate about hospitality.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to lead and serve others.
  • Experience in customer service, guest services, or volunteer coordination a plus.
  • Comfortable using basic technology (email, spreadsheets, simple church systems).
