Position Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager ensuring that all inventory is ordered, received, replenished, and kept at appropriate levels. They will work alongside our product manufacturing team to make sure production timelines are met with minimal risk. They will be responsible for building and implementing a fully automated supply chain demand planning and forecasting model. They will communicate with management to ensure that all inbound and outbound shipments are moving in an effective and timely manner as well as managing the product placement for dispensaries. They will update and monitor KPI's, inventory management, communicate production schedule with the team, and provide analytical data for revenue and inventory.

Major Areas Of Responsibility Include

  • Manage daily sales tracking from all dispensaries and understanding weekly sales runrates
  • Implement a fully automated Supply Chain Demand Management forecasting model
  • Manage weekly transport forecasting and recommendations for dispensary sales
  • Interface with manufacturing team for confirming new product generation based onstock levels
  • Monitor product SKUs inventories (WIP/FGI) to ensure full understanding of expirationdates vs. sales rates to avoid stock out
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining all revenue and unit sales data by product SKU
  • Schedule, track and place monthly purchase requests for product materials (bottles, caps,packaging, labels, etc.)
  • Coordinating and forecasting with Home Delivery Logistics Manager and Wholesalingdemand planning
  • Update KPI's and provide weekly & monthly reports
  • Troubleshooting any delays and errors in the logistics and supply chain process
  • Communicate with various teams (Packaging, etc.) with updates on shipping progress
  • Collaborate with warehouse management to improve the transportation process andprocedures
  • Communicate and negotiate with carriers to ensure cost savings and improved service
  • Management of various spreadsheets and reports for internal use

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities)

  • All applicants must be at least 21 years of age
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and/or experience with Logistics,Operations Management or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Logistics and OperationsManagement
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Strong adaptability to fluid situations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with senior management
  • Possess strong communications skills
  • Ability to pass a thorough criminal background check as required by state law andColumbia Care policy

Travel %: 0

FLSA status: Exempt

Pay Rate: $50,00-$65,000 annually, plus benefits

Additional Abilities Required

This job operates in an office setting and is largely sedentary, requiring the routine use of a computer and other standard office equipment. The ability to lift or move up to 15 pounds, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks may also be required.
