Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success Management or account management roles
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Self-driven and has a proactive nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
- Knowledge of customer success processes
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to identify upsell and new business opportunities
- Familiarity with customer success software and tools to enhance customer interactions and improve team efficiency.
- Develop and manage client portfolios
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
- Onboard new clients
- Mediate between clients and the organization
- Minimize customer churn.
- Aid in product design and product development
- Build customer loyalty
- Sales background but not required
Will be working Mondays-Fridays between 7 am-6 pm EST
