Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team! As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and also implementing and supporting client solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success Management or account management roles
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Self-driven and has a proactive nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Knowledge of customer success processes
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to identify upsell and new business opportunities
  • Familiarity with customer success software and tools to enhance customer interactions and improve team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client portfolios
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
  • Onboard new clients
  • Mediate between clients and the organization
  • Minimize customer churn.
  • Aid in product design and product development
  • Build customer loyalty

Nice to have

  • Sales background but not required

Working conditions

Will be working Mondays-Fridays between 7 am-6 pm EST
