Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of environmental testing of products for space applications.
- Use assembly and inspection tools such as torque wrenches, load cells, feeler gauges, calipers, and multimeters.
- Write technical work instructions related to Environmental Testing (Thermal, TVAC, Vibe, antenna and RF testing).
- Work in an AS9100 ISO environment, following all regulations and standards.
- Utilize electronics equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, power supplies, DAQs, etc.
- Perform soldering tasks in accordance with J-STD or NASA soldering with space addendum certifications.
- Conduct harnessing tasks in accordance with IPC or NASA harnessing certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the aerospace industry.
- Proficient in using assembly and inspection tools.
- Experience writing technical work instructions related to Environmental testing (preferred).
- Experience working in an AS9100 ISO environment - preferred).
- Proficient in using electronics equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, power supplies, DAQs, etc.
- J-STD or NASA soldering with space addendum certified - preferred.
- IPC or NASA harnessing certified - preferred.
- Experience working in an Aerospace cleanroom environment - preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
