We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join a dynamic construction team in Delray Beach, focusing on high-end country club projects. Description

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing country club construction projects.

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to maintain high construction standards.

  • Conduct site inspections, track progress, and document issues or changes.

  • Support in procurement, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation management.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.

Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in country club, clubhouse, or high-end recreational projects.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in project management software and construction documentation.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders while maintaining project timelines.

  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
