Description
Manage all phases of large-scale healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive project success.
Ensure strict compliance with healthcare construction codes, regulations, and infection control standards.
Lead project teams with a focus on quality assurance, safety, and client satisfaction.
Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and risk management.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare projects valued $20M+.
Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and healthcare construction compliance.
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams on complex projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary in the range of $120,000 - $145,000 (depending on experience).
