  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry.
  • Experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
  • Experience in, or supporting industry, specialization, etc.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience interfacing with and serving as a trusted partner for C-level executives in partner companies.
  • Experience working with Server, Storage or Network OEMs/ODMs.
  • Experience managing and growing technology partnership relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
  • Experience in telecommunications or OEM businesses.
  • Experience launching partner products and solutions, including channel go-to-market motions such as multi-partner solutions, procurement through cloud marketplaces, and consumption-based solutions, while planning and managing at operational levels.
  • Understanding of Google platform products.

In this role, you will negotiate partnerships, resolve business issues and analyze key metrics to identify trends. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the relationship with OEM, ISV or SI (System Integration) partners that are critical to the success of the Google Distributed Cloud (GDC).
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy and negotiation tactics to define business goals.
  • Conduct market research analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats related to partnerships.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and performance metrics, to ensure mutual benefit and long-term success.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance against established goals and metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
