You'll build our go-to-market strategy from the ground up while establishing Doctronic as the leader in AI-driven healthcare delivery for provider organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution (35%)
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategy for our AI doctor platform across health systems and physician practices
- Build sales playbooks for enterprise healthcare accounts, including hospitals, IDNs, and large physician groups
- Create demand generation strategies leveraging our unique AI capabilities and ROI as a value proposition for provider efficiency and patient access
- Establish partnership frameworks with health systems, hospital networks, and physician practice management companies
- Lead complex sales cycles with national and regional health systems
- Navigate C-suite relationships across clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders including CMOs, CNOs, CIOs, and practice administrators
- Close strategic accounts requiring multi-stakeholder consensus and long sales cycles
- Develop relationships with key decision makers at hospitals and physician practices
- Build and scale high-performing business development organization as we grow
- Establish sales operations infrastructure including CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Create culture of overachievement and consistent quota attainment
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years selling to healthcare providers with consistent overachievement of quotas
- Proven success in healthcare technology, EHR integration, telehealth, or digital health solutions
- Deep experience with health systems, hospitals, and physician practices (both independent and health system-owned)
- Track record closing complex, multi-million dollar healthcare provider deals
- Start-up experience building GTM from zero to scale
- Extensive network of relationships with health system executives and physician practice leaders
- Familiarity with provider workflows, clinical operations, and physician practice economics
- Experience selling clinical decision support, telehealth, or patient engagement solutions
- Understanding of provider revenue cycles, quality metrics, and operational challenges
- Existing relationships with C-suite executives at major health systems and physician group leadership
- Experience with direct-to-consumer healthcare models and their integration with provider workflows
- Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements specific to providers
- Success in seed/Series A stage companies
- Experience with EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner, etc.) and healthcare IT infrastructure
