Job Summary
A senior marketing executive to lead branding and marketing for our Data, AI and Analytics business. This role requires experience in developing and positioning a brand for IT Services, ideally with understanding of the data and AI services and product space, and with comprehensive skills in analytics-driven marketing, managing public relations, developing analyst relationships, and executing strategic marketing partnerships. The right individual will thrive in a high-growth and fast-paced environment and bring a passion for advancing a true leader in the highly dynamics Data and AI IT services space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that support business objectives and increase market share.
Branding and Analyst Relations: Elevate Tavant's market presence through strategic analyst engagements, ensuring our services and solutions are well-represented in industry analyses and reports.
Public Relations: Oversee public relations strategies, manage press releases, handle media relations, and build relationships with key industry journalists and influencers.
Lead Generation: Design and execute innovative lead generation campaigns to cultivate a robust pipeline of new prospects.
Partner with Pre-Sales: Team up with our pre-sales and solution leader teams to continually enhance our offers and vale propositions, thinking customer back
Customer Engagement: Develop marketing campaigns for existing customers to enhance awareness of new services and solutions, driving retention and loyalty.
Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with strategic partners to create co-marketing strategies that leverage joint capabilities and expand market reach.
Campaign Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics to assess campaign performance and adapt strategies to maximize effectiveness.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
At least 8 years of experience in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on developing and positioning a brand in the IT services space through analytics, public relations, and strategic marketing partnerships
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and navigating complex scenarios.
