The Opportunity
As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll take ownership of sourcing, procurement, and logistics for Skyways’ production programs. You’ll manage supplier selection and keep our global supply chain moving as we scale.

The Opportunity
As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll take ownership of sourcing, procurement, and logistics for Skyways’ production programs. You’ll manage supplier selection and keep our global supply chain moving as we scale.
Location: Austin in office
What You'll Do:
- Run RFQs and RFPs, evaluate quotes, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing to align supplier performance with build requirements
- Manage relationships with logistics providers
- Resolve supplier issues, delivery delays, and quality problems quickly
- Maintain and improve procurement processes, ERP data, and inventory management
- Drive cost reductions and process improvements as Skyways grows
- 5+ years of procurement or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics, and inventory management
- Experience running RFQs/RFPs and managing supplier performance
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Proven ability to resolve complex supply chain issues under pressure
- Experience with aerospace or high-growth hardware startups
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and global transportation services
