This is an on-site role that may grow into full time work down the road. This is a great opportunity for prospective candidates who are interersted in growing their HR careers.

Job Responsibilities
- Administers policies & procedures.
- Assists in the Talent Acquisition process, including phone screenings, onboarding, new hire orientation and follows all Federal, Local and Company requirements.
- Organizes, maintains and updates employee personnel files along with updating HRIS systems.
- Assists in updating training records and files for audit purposes.
- Supports the administration of Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit programs.
- Prepares reports as requested by leadership teams.
- Assists in employee event coordination.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred; or two (2+) plus years related experience and / or training in a large manufacturing organization; or equivalent combination of the two.
- Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS, Teams and Outlook.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects the privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
- Self-confident, self-motivated, polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
