A global electrical manufacturing organization is seeking an EHS Director to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the overall EHS strategy across its global operations. Specific knowledge and experience with electrical safety in an R&D and manufacturing environment, as well as an Engineering degree, is required. This a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader, where you will be given the platform to flourish in the role.

Relocation Assistance will be provided for non-local candidates.

The Role

  • Continuously improve the common operating systems and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the EHS programs.
  • Deliver health, safety, and environmental key improvement processes to support EHS excellence.
  • Lead and manage the internal EH&S management process and supporting system.
  • Provide direction, oversight, and guidance for all aspects of EHS at the relevant company locations. This includes EHS initiatives, management system standards, as well as locally appropriate regulatory compliance.

The Candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical safety protocols and application of NFPA 70E standards (required)
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience leading EHS programs and teams, ideally working in an industrial, electronic, or semiconductor manufacturing setting.
  • Able to travel across their global sites as required. Expected travel – 30%-50%.
  • Based in Fort Collins and able to travel to the office daily (this role does not offer hybrid/remote work)
