Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in outbound product management or related technical/product roles.
  • 3 years of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience translating commercial business models/needs into technical solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Experience in customer data platforms, Master Data Management (MDM) systems, customer identity domain, Lead to Cash transactional systems.
  • Experience working with enterprise level customers.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

We are in search of a forward-thinking product manager to understand the customer journey from being a prospect to a paying customer (and renewal) and simplify it further. Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP)/Customer360 Team's mission is to support and enhance a customer's journey with Google Cloud. The team is responsible for sourcing required customer data in target markets for Google Cloud, ensuring high data quality, establishing a consistent customer identity, and enabling transactions systems (from demand generation to renewal).

In this role, you will delve into customer pain points, steering a multi-year roadmap, foster close collaboration with Engineering and UX teams to guide product changes that provide an exceptional customer experience with Google Cloud but also help improve productivity at its core.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define the product requirements to enable and support customer lifecycle with Google Cloud from Lead to Cash.
  • Design and lead a multi­-year roadmap, balancing short­ and long­-term goals.
  • Own cross-functional product development process from ideation through development and launch, collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure coordination throughout product development, fostering and facilitating timely decision-making, driving product and delivering success.
  • Engage regularly as a trusted advisor with internal stakeholders to understand their communication strategies, pain points and priorities to inform product roadmap, while providing transparency and managing expectations.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other internal Google teams to drive product formation and deliver success.
