Performance-Based Compensation
This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative position. You'll receive a base training wage plus uncapped commission and bonuses. Average earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000 annually—with top performers reaching $350K+.

In this sales role, you will:
- Learn product lines and develop expert presentation skills
- Present, negotiate, and close in-home sales contracts
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Receive mentorship and coaching from sales leaders
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
- Positive, outgoing, and persuasive personality
- Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, solar, or in-home sales a plus
- High self-motivation and goal orientation
- Comfortable speaking confidently in front of others
- Strong work ethic and adaptable mindset
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
