Summary:
The Project Manager will serve as the organization’s sole PM expert, leading the development, implementation, and management of JRF Ortho projects autonomously while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. FDA, AATB, CGTP) and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves independently coordinating internal departments, external processing partners (AlloSource and Solvita), and collaborators like Arthrex; managing timelines and budgets; and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that support product development, clinical research and customer care.

Position is partially office based in Centennial, CO.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
- Drive the successful execution of all JRF Ortho projects from concept to launch, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, on budget and with allocated resources.
- Develop and implement strategic project development roadmaps to align with business objectives and market demands.
- Foster and drive a culture of innovation, challenging the status quo, and promoting continuous improvement in product design and development.
- Work directly with tissue processors (AlloSource and Solvita) and other stakeholders to secure project buy-in to determine feasibility.
- Establish and maintain a project governance framework, independently developing risk management and reporting structures to serve as the organization’s PM standard.
- Identify, introduce and implement best in class processes, tools, and methodologies without direct oversight, to optimize development project timelines and efficiency.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers and external partners (e.g., Arthrex, AlloSource, Solvita) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate cross functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure product alignment with market needs, customer expectations, and inter-departmental goals.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP)
- 3-5 years of proven experience in project coordination or management, including demonstrated ability to lead projects independently, preferably in a regulatory/clinical setting
- Familiarity with products and usages in the sports medicine market
- Strategic thinking and problem solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proven track record of establishing PM frameworks in environments with limited oversight
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MBA, etc.)
- Knowledge of Anatomy and/or Physiology
- Knowledge of protocol within sports medicine/orthopedic clinical/surgical setting
Compensation and Benefits:
- $100k-$110k annually
- Variable compensation up to 10% of salary, paid quarterly
