ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone eager to dive into the world of digital marketing and gain hands-on experience across various channels. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts, with a particular focus on crafting compelling copy and analyzing performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and write engaging copy for a variety of marketing materials, including email campaigns, SMS messages, social media posts, and digital advertisements.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing content.
- Generate and analyze marketing reports to track performance metrics and identify trends.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and basic analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
BONUS POINTS
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Experience with CRM software.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising platforms.
