What You’ll Do..

  • Support the development of the annual operating plan, working closely with department heads to align goals with resources.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate performance, investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accuracy in recording actual results, and to streamline the close process.
  • Develop and manage standard business metrics and dashboards to assess department performance and trends.
  • Create and maintain financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Continuously improve financial models, data accuracy, and reporting processes; leverage AI to achieve these objectives.
  • Analyze and track high-priority initiatives, including developing supporting models and scenario analysis.

Who You Are..

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Clear and confident communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Collaborative, business-partnering mindset with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and experience with pivot tables and data visualization.
  • Understanding of basic accounting and finance principals.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Nice to Have..

  • Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., IBM Planning Analytics, Oracle or similar).
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar.
  • Understanding of cloud finance (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of accounting standards related to internal-use software
