Preferred Location
We are seeking candidates based in Los Angeles, CA or within the Pacific Time Zone. Candidates based in the Los Angeles area will be expected to work from our beautiful Santa Monica office 3x per week, in coordination with team and business requirements.
Role Summary
The College NIL Coordinator will play a key role in managing the operations, processes, and execution of licensing the largest body of group rights in collegiate sports. This role ensures that college athletes’ NIL rights are accurately and effectively utilized across apparel, video games, trading cards, and digital products. The coordinator will serve as a bridge between OneTeam’s internal teams, licensees, and external partners, with an emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, strong communication, and commercial awareness. With more than 20,000 college athletes currently part of OneTeam’s group licensing program, including partnerships with EA Sports College Football and Fanatics, this position supports meaningful opportunities for athletes across the country.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 + bonus opportunity

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. *Please Note: Title and actual pay may be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Depending on the location of the role, this position may be classified as hourly, non-exempt, and thus eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.
Working Conditions
This role is primarily performed in a professional office or remote work environment, with occasional travel required for industry events and partner meetings. The position follows standard business hours (Monday through Friday), though some flexibility may be needed for early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on project deadlines or partner availability. This role involves frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing platforms. Responsibilities include data entry, product tracking, and consistent communication with both internal teams and external partners. The position applies established job skills and knowledge of company policies to complete assigned tasks and works on projects that are semi-routine, occasionally requiring deviation from standard practices. General instructions are typically provided for day-to-day work, with more detailed guidance given for new or complex assignments. The role works under moderate supervision. Physical demands are minimal and typical of an office-based role: extended periods of computer use and occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs) for product samples or event materials. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential, with regular virtual check-ins and occasional in-person meetings contributing to team alignment and licensing success.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy between OneTeam’s body of rights and those utilized by licensees; managing transfers, roster turnover, incoming freshman, new schools and sports, and more.
- Perform data mining and Excel-based analysis of current team rosters and signed athletes to track participation in OneTeam’s group licensing program and inform strategic decisions.
- Manage a high volume of daily requests from multiple partners and schools, ensuring timely and accurate responses to support licensing operations and stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct quality of rights analyses, identifying the top college athletes in the country, and working with college partnerships leads to onboard them into the OneTeam group licensing program.
- Serve as key liaison between OneTeam and technology partners, ensuring a smooth experience for athletes and schools by working to resolve any issues as they arise.
- Track and communicate key dates, product launches, and promotions to amplify product opportunities for our athletes and licensees; ensure launches are accurate and are communicated out to relevant schools, athletes, and other stakeholders.
- Assist product approvals within OneTeam’s licensee management system (currently, Direct Licensing Hub or “DLH”) for our current and any future OneTeam licensed properties.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to licensees regarding product submissions and communicate necessary changes
- Other projects and duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ideally 0-3 yrs of prior experience in sports, sports administration or college athletics
- Skilled in and enjoys data mining, sports statistics, and analytical tasks
- Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills
- Proficiency with tools like Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
