About The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-to-early career role, ideal for someone who is excited about building strong customer relationships, solving problems, and driving adoption of innovative technology in a traditional industry.
As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience using CoverForce. You’ll help onboard new users, provide day-to-day support, and work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to make sure our customers succeed.

About The Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience using CoverForce. You’ll help onboard new users, provide day-to-day support, and work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to make sure our customers succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Support customer onboarding by guiding new users through setup and training.
- Serve as the first line of support for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when needed.
- Build relationships with customers to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and engineering teams to influence product improvements.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, support, or a client-facing role (internship or work experience welcome).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities may shift.
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Experience in insurance is a plus - but not required.
