Full Time Arlington Nanny

Our Jovie family is seeking a reliable, proactive nanny to join their home and become a true partner in parenting. They value structure, communication, and teamwork and are excited to welcome someone who will invest in their children’s growth and independence. ($26-$28 an hour)

About The Children

(7 yo): Energetic, bright, and socially confident. Enjoys sports, piano, and being engaged after school.

(5 yo): Sweet, smart, and social. Parents encourage her to grow independence (helping with chores, reading, problem-solving).

(1yo, almost 2): Calm, happy toddler who loves to tag along with his siblings. A great napper who enjoys active play (especially kicking a ball!).

What the Family Values

• Punctuality: Timeliness is extremely important. Dependability and trust is very important
• Partnership: The nanny should feel comfortable working alongside Mom and Dad, helping to keep routines flowing smoothly. They want to tag team the kids, and daily tasks. They need a nanny that will work together, not fade into the background when they are around
• Communication: Regular updates with photos/texts are encouraged. Mom especially values proactive outreach during the day. There will be a family App to aid in schedule and keeping everyone in the loop
• Teaching Style: Montessori-inspired approach. Focus on structure, independence, and natural engagement vs. reward systems. No sticker charts and no transactional rewards
• Transparency: The family uses nanny and security cams and prefers everything to be clear and upfront. Schedule Overview Full-Time Nanny (Nanny 1)
• Mon-Friday: 7am-4pm Part-Time Nanny (Nanny 2)
• Weekdays: 3:45p–7p
• Saturdays 7a–11a (or evening date night, 7p–11p)
• Responsibilities include school pick-up, after-school care, and sibling support
