Based out of our buzzing Theatre Support Office in Knoxville, Tennessee, we offer a variety of roles with a mix of hybrid, field-based, or remote working options, depending on the role.

As Senior Loyalty Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind our loyalty strategy, leading campaigns, partnerships, and promotions that excite millions of members. From exclusive screenings to digital activations, you’ll ensure Regal’s loyalty program shines as brightly as the big screen.
What will you be doing?
- Lead loyalty program strategy and execution, aligning initiatives with Regal’s growth roadmap.
- Manage studio and third-party partnerships to deliver impactful promotions and activations.
- Oversee campaign development across email, app, web, social, and in-theatre channels.
- Direct a team of specialists, ensuring flawless execution and measurable ROI.
- Partner with Analytics to define KPIs, leverage A/B testing, and optimize campaigns.
- Translate customer insights into data-driven initiatives that increase engagement and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in loyalty marketing, CRM, partnership marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record managing large-scale consumer loyalty or promotional programs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing people and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, loyalty, or campaign platforms preferred.
