We are looking for an Office Support Administrator II in our Round Rock, TX office. This role provides above basic level administrative support, which includes assisting the Regional Office Administrator (ROA) with office-wide administrative and coordination activities which include project management, task management, and office newsletter communication as well as assisting in various corporate tasks as needed.
Essential Functions
High School Diploma or equivalent.
College level courses or professional certifications (preferred)
Experience Required
3 or more years of professional experience.
Licenses/Credentials
Valid Driver’s License.

This is an in-office position; duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office setting. Occasional travel to offsite locations to perform work and work-related tasks or to attend meetings may be required.

Office Support Administrator II
Round Rock, Texas
We are looking for an Office Support Administrator II in our Round Rock, TX office. This role provides above basic level administrative support, which includes assisting the Regional Office Administrator (ROA) with office-wide administrative and coordination activities which include project management, task management, and office newsletter communication as well as assisting in various corporate tasks as needed.
Essential Functions
- Ensures cleanliness of all office areas (outside of janitorial services).
- Orders, check ins, and distributes general office supplies (coffee, vending, break room, restroom, mailroom, etc.).
- General typing, copying, printing, binding.
- Scans and sends documents to clients, sub-consultants, and other Garver offices.
- Scans documents to electronic files.
- Basic data entry in information systems and databases.
- Assists with fleet vehicle tag renewals.
- Plans, coordinates, executes, facilitates, and cleans up office events (holiday party, summer picnic, retirements, morale, etc.).
- Assists with travel arrangements.
- Coordinates meetings and lunch and learns (meals, venue, AV, etc.).
- Assists with agendas and meeting minutes, and attend meetings as needed.
- Codes, routes, tracks, and records office related invoices/expenses.
- Prepares expense reports.
- Maintains calendars for staff, conference rooms, vehicles, etc.
- Generates simple documents such as letters, memos, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Generates weekly Office newsletter.
- Provides dedicated administrative support to the ROA, including agenda generation for leadership meetings, coordinating office planning efforts, project management and coordination, and other administrative tasks.
- Drives and champions Garver culture initiatives/Garver Ambassador.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience Required
3 or more years of professional experience.
Licenses/Credentials
Valid Driver’s License.

- Basic IT experience.
Knowledge of:

- Capability to become trainer within the office support track
- Operate standard office equipment (printing, scanning, faxing, copying, etc.)
- Problem-solve and assist team(s) as needed
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds.
- Pushing or pulling.
- Keyboarding.
- Driving.
- Stooping, crouching, or kneeling.
- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech to communicate in-person and on the telephone.
- Visual acuity to read printed materials and screens.
