Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of client implementation working directly with client stakeholders and internal departments to ensure flawless execution of the project.
- Initiate all client communications, presentations, and demos throughout the implementation process, facilitate client meetings, maintain meticulous notes, and educate stakeholders on dependencies and risks.
- Attend onsite client meetings as needed, less than 20% of the time.
- Solidify and execute client deployment strategy based on client goals and KPIs.
- Understand and explain how features within the platform relate to client needs.
- Identify and assess progress against key milestones to ensure the project(s) stay on track.
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify risks and develop solutions to address them.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on implementation status, both internally and with appropriate client contacts.
- Provide superior client service and oversight to build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and any associated third parties.
- Effectively transition the client in a timely manner to the assigned Customer Success team member.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
You must have at least the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, project management, or other related field.
- Minimum of 2 years Project Management experience or working in an implementation role.
- High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Collaborative leadership – personable, motivated, entrepreneurial, and outgoing.
- Deep-rooted curiosity and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and applications.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work effectively.
- Commitment to taking responsibility for accuracy, quality, and timeliness standards.
- Effective communication skills.
- A professional demeanor, especially when assisting others who are experiencing challenges.
- The ability to multitask, while working both quickly and efficiently.
- 2+ years’ experience working in technology, healthcare and/or health insurance or benefits (e.g. health brokerage, insurance, benefits advisory, insurance adjustment, etc.) fields.
- 2+ years of experience in implementations within the technology space.
- CAPM, PMP, or other project management certification preferred but not required.
- A good general knowledge of the general healthcare ecosystem and trends.
- Proven track record of working with customers on deployment, adoption, and projects.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance on implementation goals.

Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (up to 8+ hours per day).
- Frequent use of a computer keyboard, mouse, and screen; ability to type at least 55 WPM.
- Occasional movement within the home office environment (e.g., retrieving office supplies or documents).
- Vision abilities required include close vision for computer use and reading documentation, with or without corrective lenses.
- Occasional light lifting of materials (up to 15 lbs), such as a laptop or office equipment, may be required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English using written and verbal channels (email, chat, video conferencing, phone).
- Must be able to read and interpret complex written information such as healthcare documentation, performance reports, and company procedures.
- Must be responsive and present during scheduled working hours and team communications, including virtual meetings and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and competing priorities in a high-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving under time constraints.
- Must be able to adapt quickly to changing workflows, operational needs, and team dynamics.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Requires emotional resilience, especially when assisting users in distress or resolving escalated member concerns.
- Must be able to maintain composure and a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Must be punctual, dependable, with potential for on-call duties as needed.
- Must maintain regular attendance and meet performance expectations without direct on-site supervision.
