About The Role

The Director of Operations is a critical leader responsible for driving operational excellence across all PASCO service lines. This role shapes and guides backend administrative teams, delivers sustainable process improvements, and ensures seamless alignment among support functions as our agency rapidly grows.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a hands-on operations leader, coaching and developing team leads across Medical Records, Process Architecture, and Care Coordination.
  • Drive efficiency and consistency by optimizing workflows, reducing duplication, and advancing cross-functional collaboration in support of all clinical service lines.
  • Champion process improvements that elevate documentation, compliance, and support for our providers.
  • Oversee systems-driven performance management, partnering closely with analysts and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clinical leadership, helping PASCO teams navigate change, scale impact, and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Foster a culture of project ownership, continuous learning, and high-impact execution within and across teams.
  • Cultivate strong communication and alignment across Operations, HR, Clinical, Finance, and other departments to drive agency-wide goals.
  • Lead capacity planning and resource allocation efforts to ensure our operational infrastructure supports ongoing growth and innovation.

Attributes & Experience

  • Progressive leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, ideally in healthcare or similar service-based environments
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, clinical support, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with operational rigor
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and skilled at driving alignment across dispersed teams
