This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager located in Federal Way, WA. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations of multiple property sites, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and manage property staff. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, analyzing property performance, developing action plans for improvement, and coordinating maintenance and repair activities. The Area Manager will also be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and maintaining positive tenant relations to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
- Experience in property management, including managing multiple sites
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant property management software
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Experience in tenant relations and maintaining high occupancy levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
